The arrangement.
Four parties: holders who lock, coins who bribe, the pot that buys, and the poll book that writes it all down. Here are the rules, all of them.
A day at $BRIBE
- Coins post bribes.Anyone sends SOL to a coin's envelope for the current epoch. 5% of it is cut to buy and burn $BRIBE; the rest is for that coin's voters.
- Lockers vote. You split 100% of your voting power across any coins on the ballot by signing a message. Change it as often as you like.
- Polls close.Every lock's power is measured at that second and the signed votes are counted.
- Voters are paid. Each coin's bribes go to its voters pro rata by power, in SOL, straight to their wallets.
- Winners are bought and burned. The pot buys the top 10 coins in proportion to their vote share through Jupiter, then burns what it bought.
- $BRIBE is bought and burned, and every transaction goes in the poll book. A new epoch opens.
Where the fees go
$BRIBE launches on pump.fun. Its creator fees go to the ops wallet and are split like this at every close:
- 60%The pot. Buys the winning coins by vote share and burns them. Buys under 0.005 SOL wait in the pot for the next close.
- 30%Buys $BRIBE and burns it.
- 10%Ops: RPC, gas and the server that counts.
Separately, 5% of every bribe buys and burns $BRIBE. The other 95% goes to the voters of the coin it was posted for.
Locks and voting power
Lock $BRIBE for anywhere from 7 days to 365 days. Locks run on the audited Jupiter Lock program, are not cancellable, and release on the date you pick. A longer lock weighs more, and the weight shrinks as the unlock date gets closer:
Power is measured once a day, at 20:00 UTC, the moment the polls close. A wallet that locked 1,000,000 $BRIBE for a full year votes with 1,000,000 power on day one, 500,000 six months later, and nothing on the day it unlocks. Re-lock to keep your weight.
The ballot
Any Solana memecoin, SPL or Token-2022, can be added by anyone if it has at least $25,000 of liquidity on Dexscreener and is not on the blocklist. Mothers from MOTHER count as coins like any other.
The weak spot
On day one the pot is small, because it is funded by $BRIBE creator fees and those start at zero. Early bribes buy a spot at the top of the ballot and the attention that comes with it more than they buy a burn. We would rather say so here than have you find out.

Questions
Lock and voteIs this Curve Wars?
Yes, the same shape, made for memecoins. On Curve, protocols bribed veCRV holders to point emissions at their pool. Here, coins bribe $BRIBE lockers to point the nightly buy and burn at their coin.
Do I have to claim anything?
No. Payouts are sent to your wallet at the close. Payouts under 0.001 SOL roll into the same coin's envelope the next day instead of costing more in fees than they are worth.
Can a coin bribe its way to the top?
It can make voting for it worth more. Whether people vote for it is their call. That is, to be fair, the entire business model of every election ever held.
Does signing a vote cost gas or give you my funds?
No. It is a text message your wallet signs (Sign In With Solana). It costs nothing, moves nothing, and you can read every line before you sign. We publish every signed vote so anyone can check the count.
Can I unlock early?
No. Locks run on the audited Jupiter Lock program and release on the date you picked. Cancellable locks are not counted, because a vote you can pull out of is not much of a vote.
What if nobody votes for a coin that was bribed?
Its bribe rolls into the next epoch for the same coin. A bribe for a coin that is not on the ballot is sent back.
Will $BRIBE or the coins go up?
We do not know and we will not say they will. What we can show you is every buy, every burn and every payout, with the transaction hash.
Who counts the votes?
The engine, at 20:00 UTC. It snapshots every lock's power, tallies the signed votes and sends the payouts. Then it publishes the full vote set as JSON, so you can recount it and tell us if we got it wrong.
Is this a bribe in the legal sense?
It is a public, on-chain incentive with every receipt published. A real bribe would want fewer receipts.
